• Do the hats have different lyrics and imagery? 
• Yes, all hats have different lyrics and imagery based on medical/surgical specialty. Furthermore, we often have multiple hats within a specialty. For example, we have 3 different OB/Gyn hats — one for gynecology, one for labor, and one for delivery/baby.
• Laundry care: I always machine wash on delicate cycle and just hang to air dry 🙂
• Do you take design requests or suggestions?
