As an anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist, we're in the operating room most of our working day. So we know what are the most used and loved items in an OR (gotta have a bluetooth speaker for music during surgery!).
These gift ideas are applicable to anyone who works in the OR: anesthesiologists, surgeons, CRNAs, surgical PAs, OR nurses. Prices are current as of the writing of this article. Also, feel free to gift us any one of these.

Custom Badge Reel
There are so many cute or funny badge reels out there these days. Most people won't buy them for themselves, but are happy to receive one! When choosing the clip in the back, alligator clips are more secure than belt clips. I've seen colleagues wear badge reels customized with their kids or pets faces ($10). Not gonna lie, I wouldn't mind one of my kitty Hudson.
High Quality Scrub Hat
Okay, a little self-promotion here. But as someone who wears a scrub hat most days of the week, I'm reeeally proud of the fit and quality construction of our hats. We have hats for specialties like anesthesiology or OB/Gyn -- and most importantly, for Taylor Swift fans :)
Phone Battery Charger
Absolutely necessary for those 16- or 24-hour shifts, or just a long surgery (think 5+ hours) where we're playing music from our phone. The Belkin Power Bank has integrated lightning and USB-C cables. It's normally $70 but is now $45 with code BFCM35
Compression socks
Compression socks are a basic staple of everyday OR life. This company is founded by an ER nurse, and often has seasonal cute prints (I got the boba print last year).
Owala Water Bottle
Do you have one of these? If you do, you know they're awesome and that water spout is genius. And you can never have too many waterbottles!! Target has 'em for about $28
Doordash / Uber Eats Gift Card
I may have saved the best for last. These are sooo useful for busy days in the OR! I can't tell you how many times my colleagues and I have Doordash'ed dinner, boba, etc!
